ECRH Rooftop Package Units consolidate cooling, heating, and fresh air supply into a single rooftop-mounted assembly — eliminating the need for separate indoor air handling equipment and reducing the overall mechanical plant footprint of large commercial projects.
All-In-One Outdoor Climate Control Unit
ECRH Rooftop Units are self-contained, weatherproof packaged air conditioners that deliver full cooling and heating via a direct expansion (DX) refrigerant circuit, while also managing fresh air supply across a 0–100% outside air range. Installed on rooftops or terraces, they connect directly to the building's ductwork — conditioning both recirculated and fresh air before distributing it to the occupied spaces below. Their compact, all-in-one design avoids the need for separate condensing units, separate AHUs, or extensive pipework between mechanical plant areas.

ECRH units achieve low operating costs by switching between several energy-saving configurations depending on outdoor conditions:
Heat Recovery Systems
Exhaust air energy is captured and returned to the supply stream, cutting the load on the refrigeration circuit.
Economizer Dampers
Motorized outside air dampers blend outdoor and return air in the ratio that minimizes compressor run time.
Free Cooling Mode
When outdoor temperatures are low enough, the unit cools the building using outside air alone — with no compressor energy required.
Automatic Control System
The integrated controller continuously selects the most efficient operating mode based on real-time indoor and outdoor conditions.
