Shared Core, Two Housing Technologies

Both the HOME and EPP HOME variants are built around the same polypropylene counterflow recuperator, which achieves up to 94% heat recovery efficiency to minimize the energy spent cooling or heating incoming fresh air across all seasons. The key distinction lies in the enclosure: the HOME model features a galvanized steel casing with 19 mm rubber insulation for robust durability, while the EPP HOME uses a 45-density expanded polypropylene housing that is significantly lighter, 100% recyclable, moisture-impervious, and resistant to chemical compounds — making it exceptionally well-suited to humid or corrosive environments.

Automatic Defrost and Intelligent Filter Monitoring

Both units incorporate a fully automatic defrost system that prevents ice formation on the recuperator core regardless of ambient temperature, ensuring uninterrupted fresh air delivery year-round. A G4 filter on the supply air side provides primary particle filtration, with an optional F7 high-efficiency upgrade available for allergy-sensitive households. The integrated filter monitoring system continuously measures pressure drop across the filters and alerts users when maintenance is needed.

A+ Energy Class with Smart Control Options

Both HOME and EPP HOME models are classified A+ for energy efficiency. EC plug fans maintain low power consumption at all three selectable speed settings, with the standard speed switch enabling simple manual adjustment to match ventilation demand to occupancy.
