DGK Transfer Grille in UAE
DGK Transfer Grille
The DGK Transfer Grille enables passive air movement between adjacent rooms through doors and partition walls, using the natural pressure differential between spaces — without ducts, fans, or mechanical components.
Pressure-Driven Inter-Room Air Transfer
The DGK Transfer Grille is installed directly into doors or partition walls with a thickness between 20 mm and 70 mm, allowing conditioned air to move freely from positively pressurized supply zones to return or exhaust zones without requiring dedicated transfer ductwork. This makes it an efficient and low-cost solution for balancing air distribution across multi-room layouts in offices, hotels, and residential buildings.
Extruded Aluminum Construction with Concealed Fixings
The DGK is built from a casing and a set of fixed V-shaped blades, both extruded from aluminum profiles for lasting dimensional stability and a clean surface finish. Frame joints are welded at the mitered corners and polished flush to render the seams visually imperceptible — maintaining a refined appearance in high-specification interior environments. The V-blade arrangement effectively blocks direct sightlines between rooms while allowing unrestricted airflow at low pressure drop.
Frame sizes of 22 mm and 32 mm accommodate a range of door and wall thicknesses, with both internal and external screw-fixing methods available depending on the installation context.
Finish and Filter Options:
The standard finish is electrostatic powder coating in RAL 9010 or RAL 9016. Custom RAL colors and an unfinished raw aluminum option are available for projects with specific aesthetic requirements.
A replaceable dust filter insert can be specified for installations in environments where air hygiene is a priority, such as healthcare or food preparation areas.
