Terminal Filtration for Critical Sterile Environments

GFP HEPA Filter Housings are the final stage of filtration in ventilation systems serving operating rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, chemical processing plants, and food industry clean rooms. By capturing particles at H13 or H14 efficiency levels (EN 1822), the GFP housing ensures that only contaminant-free air enters the controlled space — protecting both the process and the people within it.

Construction, Gasket Options and Size Flexibility

GFP housings are manufactured from DKP sheet metal as standard, with AISI 304 stainless steel available for applications demanding higher corrosion resistance or compatibility with aggressive cleaning and disinfection procedures. All fittings and accessories are selected for long-term durability in demanding industrial environments.

Two gasket systems are supported: flat-profile EPDM gaskets for standard clean room installations, and gel-seal gaskets for applications where absolute air tightness at the filter frame is critical. HEPA filter frames are available in MDF or aluminum to suit different project specifications, with pleat heights of 50 mm or 125 mm selectable based on filter size and pressure drop requirements.

GFP housings are offered in two installation configurations — center-bolted and corner-mounted — providing flexibility for both new-build and retrofit ceiling integration. The standard finish is electrostatic powder coating in RAL 9016 white, with alternative RAL colors available on request.
