Waha Air has completed the design and installation of the VRF air conditioning system for the Spice Hotel & SPA Staff Housing project in Belek, Antalya. This critical infrastructure project ensures high-quality environmental comfort for the hotel's operational staff across multiple facilities.

The scope of work covered diverse functional areas including common living spaces, dining halls, lounges, corridors, and residential rooms. Our solution focused on providing consistent thermal comfort while maintaining high energy efficiency across the entire housing complex.

Technical Scope

The project utilizes advanced Mitsubishi Heavy VRF systems, delivering a total cooling capacity of 490.0 KW. The system architecture is designed to handle the variable loads of staff housing, where different zones require independent climate control throughout the day and night.
