Waha Air successfully completed the comprehensive VRF and Chiller air conditioning installation for Özkaymak Falez Hotel, a prominent luxury hotel and resort located in Muratpaşa, Antalya. The project involved designing and implementing a robust HVAC infrastructure to ensure superior comfort and air quality for high-profile hospitality operations.

The scope of work included climate control solutions for the lobby, restaurant, spa, meeting rooms, common areas, and guest rooms. The integrated system combines VRF flexibility with Chiller efficiency to meet the diverse cooling and heating requirements of a large-scale resort while maintaining high energy efficiency standards.

Technical Scope

The project utilizes high-performance HVAC systems from Mitsubishi Heavy. With a total capacity of 1,396.0 kW, the installation provides reliable climate management across all guest and public spaces.
