Project Overview
Waha Air has provided a state-of-the-art climate control solution for Lujo Hotel Bodrum, one of the most exclusive luxury resorts on the Aegean coast. This project demanded a high-performance and versatile system capable of handling the diverse needs of a sprawling luxury complex.
The scope of work included technical integration for the grand lobby, gourmet restaurants, premium SPA areas, high-tech meeting rooms, and common social spaces, alongside executive guest accommodations. Our focus was on seamlessly blending high-capacity industrial cooling with silent guest-centric comfort.
Technical Scope
The project utilizes a hybrid solution featuring Mitsubishi Heavy VRF systems combined with Form DX-AHU (Air Handling Units) for heavy-duty ventilation. With a total capacity of 310.0 KW, the installation covers 22 specialized indoor units driven by 7 robust outdoor units, ensuring optimal air quality and temperature throughout the resort.
