Project Overview

Alanyum AVM, one of Alanya's premier shopping destinations, required advanced HVAC solutions to provide a comfortable shopping experience for its thousands of daily visitors. Waha Air was commissioned to design and implement a comprehensive VRF air conditioning and ventilation system for the mall's general areas.

Large-scale retail environments demand high-performance climate control that can handle varying occupancy loads while maintaining energy efficiency. Our solution focused on ensuring consistent airflow and temperature management across all general walkways and shared spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the mall.

Technical Scope

The project featured Mitsubishi Heavy Industries VRF technology combined with integrated ventilation systems. With a total capacity of 85.0 kW, the installation includes 12 indoor units strategically placed for optimal distribution and 2 high-capacity outdoor units.
